Canada offers different routes for immigration. To facilitate immigration services, Canada has launched the Home Child-care Provider Pilot program to bring foreign caregivers to Canada temporarily. After gaining the required work experience as a caregiver, you can also apply for permanent residence through different pathways.
It also allows caregivers to change jobs more easily and accompany family members for study and work permits.

A permanent resident is someone who got a permanent resident status after immigrating to Canada, and the Community of Citizenship & Immigration Canada grants a PR Card as a certificate of identity. Canada does not consider Permanent residents as Canadian citizens as they are citizens of other countries.
You need a PR card along with a passport while traveling outside of Canada as proof of identity when you come back to Canada on a commercial vehicle such as an airplane, boat, train or bus. Many benefits of getting a permanent resident card like:
